Hemicell^® is a proprietary and unique enzyme-based feed additive for poultry diets. Soybean meal contains β-Mannan, an anti-nutritive fiber which inhibits live performance in turkeys. This fiber is degraded and eliminated by Hemicell^®. Recently, matrix values for Hemicell^® have been developed that may be used to formulate Hemicell^® into turkey feeds. Hemicell^® is a natural, non-GMO, product made by fermentation.

Hemicell^® Feed Enzyme is a source of β-Mannanase enzyme which degrades the β-mannan fiber found primarily in soybean meal. The elimination of this fiber provides three commercial benefits. These are; (A) more efficient utilization of feed ingredients including water, (B) an improvement in the uniformity of turkey body weights, and (C) a reduction in mortality rates.
